"I needed a Zalman Fatal1ty case in a hurry. I had already ordered a case via Dell. I spoke to there customer support for three weeks and they expedited the order two times. The final time they told me DHL had lost it. I cancelled my order with Dell and am still waiting to get my money back. I was desperate and ordered a case online from FrozenCPU. Due to my previous experience with Dell I called FrozenCPU minutes after I placed the order to confirm. It was Friday afternoon 5:45 p.m. CST. After not even two rings someone picked up the phone. And I was not even connected to someone else. Within 30 seconds I had my answer. I was told that it was no problem and they would try to get it out ASAP. Since I ordered so late in the day and asked for two day delivery, I expected the case to arrive on Wednesday. The case arrived on Tuesday. Let’s put it simple FrozenCPU ROCKS!!!!
