"I had a problem with my Thermaltake water pump/tank leaking and needed to replace it. I called and the person gave me multiple recommendations, explained what they used, the latest items, etc. I ordered a new pump, new resoivoir (sp) that was a passive radiator, new tubing, coils to prevent the tubing from crimping, plus other items. It shipped that day and arrived two days later and the shipping cost was reasonable. Other places say two days, then charge extra to guarantee it ships that day. Excellent service, knowledgable and FAST! I would use them again in a second."
