"Though this is my first order with your company and it is small - I still have to say congrats. You guys move quick and give me some idea where the status of my order is at; I have had experiences recently with a company that never emailed me back nor gave me a tracking number or status of order or anything - needless to say - I will never ever order from them again. Another company took it's sweet time on what was supposed to be a two day shipment. You have given me through a well designed website (different topic on others) and thru follow-up emails where I'm at on a little order. Just wanted to say thank you and keep up the good work - You set a good example others should follow; 'frozen' came recommended by two friends here at work - so I thought I would try you and I'll be back."
