Not a first time customer, I e-mailed Mark who pointed me in the right direction. $600.00 and three orders later My Thermal Take Black Armor case is cool and housing some ungodly fast components. Small RMA problem was handled swiftly. Frozen CPU has two thumbs up from me and a dedicated repeat customer! Thanks guys!"
