Not always, while 95% of our products ship from our warehouse in New York, in some cases we may ship from another state. We reserve the right to take up to the full delivery time for all orders.

Please note that Ground / Home Delivery shipments do not have the delivery guarantee that applies to FedEx's faster services. The above dates only apply to shipments within the US. Canadian and other international orders will requier earlier shipment.

With the FedEx tracking number provided in the shipment notification email or through your order history, there should be an estimated delivery date listed. Please note this date depends on the shipping rate purchased. FedEx has provided an online form for calculating approximate shipping times.

Most packages take at most 5-7 business days to reach their destination. If you have not received your order yet, please call our offices with your order number ready and we will investigate the problem.
