I live on the East coast, will I get my order faster since FrozenCPU is in NY?
Not always, while 95% of our products ship from our warehouse in New York, in some cases we may ship from another state. We reserve the right to take up to the full delivery time for all orders.

If your order is time sensitive please select an expedited shipping method or contact us.


If FrozenCPU is in NY why did my order arrive from another state?
95% of our items ship from our warehouse in East Rochester, New York. In some cases we may ship some or all of your order from alternate warehouses.

Holiday Shipping Deadlines and Information
Please check the chart below to see when an order has to be placed to for UPS to deliver it on or before December 25th.

Please note that gift certificates are electronically delivered (via an email) so shipping does not apply.

Please note that Ground / Home Delivery shipments do not have the delivery guarantee that applies to UPS' faster services. The above dates only apply to shipments within the US. Canadian and other international orders will require earlier shipment.


When will I receive my order?

With the UPS tracking number provided in the shipment notification email or through your order history, there should be an estimated delivery date listed. Please note this date depends on the shipping rate purchased. UPS has provided an online form for calculating approximate shipping times.

Most packages take at most 5-7 business days to reach their destination. If you have not received your order yet, please call our offices with your order number ready and we will investigate the problem.
Your credit card verification did not go through and contact attempts via e-mail/phone have failed.
One or more of the items in the order may be out of stock.

Your phone number is invalid. Your shipping address is invalid. (ie. PO Box, bad zip code, etc.)
Your order/an item may have been drop-shipped, which may require some more time to arrive.
Sometimes UPS may have transit difficulties or may be temporarily shut down for holidays.
