"I needed a Zalman Fatal1ty case in a hurry. I had already ordered a case via Dell. I spoke to there customer support for three weeks and they expedited the order two times. The final time they told me DHL had lost it. I cancelled my order with Dell and am still waiting to get my money back.
I was desperate and ordered a case online from FrozenCPU. Due to my previous experience with Dell I called FrozenCPU minutes after I placed the order to confirm. It was Friday afternoon 5:45 p.m. CST. After not even two rings someone picked up the phone. And I was not even connected to someone else. Within 30 seconds I had my answer. I was told that it was no problem and they would try to get it out ASAP. Since I ordered so late in the day and asked for two day delivery, I expected the case to arrive on Wednesday. The case arrived on Tuesday.
Let’s put it simple FrozenCPU ROCKS!!!! There service is fantastic, There shipping is excellent, there pricing is terrific. Why even try to go somewhere else???
