PrimoChill introduces a new single bay reservoir with split window and an aluminum billeted face plate. The machined delrin body provides extreme durability and chemical resistance and is available in the eight TCM* colors you have come to depend on. The Split Window Reservoir is available in the single and also dual tank configuration. The dual tank configuration allows two independent cooling loops from a single reservoir each with its own drain/fill port. Both versions are fully customizable with multiple faceplate and acrylic window options as well as a discrete integrated LED light bar.
*True Color Match (TCM) - An Exclusive Process which provides consistent coloring to an entire product line therefore improving aesthetics by color matching. Partnered with mod/smart's wire management product line, you can be sure all your wire management and cooling loop parts will perfectly match!
Please Note: Reservoir DOES NOT include metal caps, they have been replaced with the PolyCarbonate LED Port Caps. Also if you have tubing of another size then these fittings support, then please order your choice of G 1/4 threaded fittings on the site.
Installation Tip: Primochill suggests to leak-test your water-cooling equipment for at least 24 hours before installing.
Warranty: The typhoon reservoir comes with a 1 year limited warranty. Using a coolant based on Ethylene Glycol in our reservoirs will void the warranty due to deterioration of the O-rings. We recommend using a less abrasive coolant like PrimoChill's PC Ice or PC Pure!

First, I really like the design of the case, the solid Acetel materials and the overall look. I also liked the intended design and the additional lighting options that were provided. However, there are a few things wrong that need correcting. #1) The fill ports are not the ones you see in the picture. It''s not necessarily a bad thing, but they give you these tiny clear plastic plugs that you can put LEDs into and give you an even smaller cap for the plug that has a dual purpose to tighten the hex-drive plug in addition to holding the LED in. As I said, not bad, but could be better. The bad thing about this reservoir are the rear ports. They are counter sunk into the Acetel, and the opening is far too small. There are a great many fittings that do not fit, most of which I had and failed to work, including Bitspower 90 degree elbows, straights, an assortment of barbs, and so on. The only one that is going to fit in the back of this reservoir are those fittings with very narrow shanks, have a flat surface rubber seal and a raised hex for tightening. None of any brand compression fittings work, including any with nurled edges. Don''t even try them.
So for such and oversight in the manufacturing of this reservoir, and the headache it has given me, I only give it a 2 due to the large restriction of fittings.
This is the only fitting I can tell that will work with this reservoir.

I should also mention that I still like this reservoir, and have chosen to keep it. But I did have to take my dremel tool and hollow out those port resesses in the back in order to accept the fittings I am working with, which now fit those 90 swivels by Bitspower in addition to a couple standard straight barbs. It was a bit of work though and I don''t recommend the average user doing this as you must keep the seat completely flat and level, otherwise you''re going to have leaks. Otherwise I like the look, the design and the ability to light it up with LEDs.

Let me add that the image that shows all the parts is not correct. You do not get 4 clear plugs, you get 2. So if you''re not using all 4 ports in the back, you need two plugs, and make sure they will fit due to the resessed openings as you''ll find most all fittings will hit the wall of the resessed port seat.
