The Aerocool Shark Blue Edition 120mm x 25mm fans are a great addition to any system. The fan comes with a Voltage reduction cable to allow operation @ 7V without a controller or external device. This allows a range of specs to be achieved with just one fan. The 15 blade design allows for higher air pressure and air flow! All the cables for the Shark Series are factory sleeved in black. Four Blue LEDs are built into the frame for added effect.

No good for Rads at 12v

Bought 2 of these for my radiators. However when the air flow is restricted they make a Huge amount more nose than un restricted. Even using them as an exhaust fan on my HAF-X, made the fan very loud. I had to space the fan away from the inside of the case by 3mm to reduce the noise. Bottom line they are SOOO much louder than their rating when you put this fan against anything. I dont use them on my rads because of the above. they do however look great.
Runs backward but a good product anyway!

I got this fan at Fry''s to replace the existing fan on my NZXT case (it kept triggering an underspeed alarm on my fan controller). The only thing that was wierd with this product was that I expected the fan to blow air towards the spinny side (the side opposite the motor mount frame). At least the Antec fan had an arrow indicating direction of flow. However, once mounted properly, I have had quiet operation, and no underspeed alarms. On the FP-01 controller in automatic mode, this fan is whisper-quiet at no more than 1140 RPM. Plus the LED shade matches cold cathode lighting I have in place. Wish they''d put the airflow direction on the housing, but...a minor inconvenience for solid results.
Fans for push/pull

Added these two fans to my H50''s rad for a push/pull config in the antec 902 case. Idle is about 26c-29c with load around 30c-35c (depending). Prime95 pushes temps low to mid 40''s
Great Fan

I use these all over the place, putting 10 of them in a new case to push/pull on dual radiators. Quiet, pretty, and last forever while moving a good amount of air!
Great Fans!

I bought 7 of these fans to put in my Armor A60 case, and when running at 12v they move a ton of air at a very tolerable noise level. I am using a Sunbeam Rheosmart Fan Controller to control these bad boys and to add pwm functionality.
