The Zalman ZM-F3 FDB 120mm x 25mm Chassis Fan w/ FDB Dynamic Bearings is for use in any 120mm fan location. The ZM-F3 comes with anti-vibration mounting pins for silent operation. The FDB bearings is what makes this fan a great choice for silent operation. The FDB (Fluid Dynamic Bearing) structure generates high pressure oil layer on micro channel's intersecting point, which prevents friction between the fan's shaft and bearing, thus resulting in maximum fan lifespan (150,000hrs) with minimum noise.
