Smart Way Controlling of all Fans & Airflow. The Rheosmart 6 Fan Controller is designed to make any existing 3-pin fan automatically regularized by the PWM signal from the Motherboard! With six independent channels at a maximum of 30W/channel, a wide selection of fans can be supported.
The Rheosmart 6 Fan Controller operates in two different modes; when connected to a PWM-enabled motherboard, you can allow the system to auto-adjust fan speed through the motherboard's temperature sensor. When switched onto manual mode by pressing the small button below each knob, you turn that specific channel into manual control mode.
This controller can connect directly to your CPU PWM fan header!

Extremely Good in controlling the fans, BUT!!

the unit runs smoothly on the first installation and I kept about 25w fans on each channel daily for a month or so , after that Channel 4 and 6 just stopped working and that''s because the extreme heat that heatsink on the PWM generates... in short words,,, channel 4 and 6 failed to work after 1 month of stress work
Ok, but gets too hot

one or two channels have become intermittent, I believe because they got too hot, only had about 15watts or three fans 140mm on two of the channels and that kiled it after a few months. Tried adding some copper head dissipators but too late. Also PWM control does not seem to result in any fan speed changes, just runs moderate speed al the time (did not try altering BIOS to fix in case thats the problem)
Perfect Controller

It works great. My fans will start up fine at about 25-30% of a knob turn so you have a lot of room to make fine adjustments. It works great even though I''m running 4 fans off each channel. One of the previous reviews is correct about the LED fans will dim with the different adjustment of the controller. Overall though no problems and has lasted 6 months with no problems.
Good controller

Good if you want to switch between automatic control from the motherboard and manual. Not the easiest install if there''a a lot in your case since the fan headers are so close to the front. If you just want auto control, spend less on the splitter cable.
great controller

This is one step up from your basic high watt controller, it gives you the option to be lazy and not turn up the speeds manually!
Seems to be working well controlling the fans on my radiator too.
it''s worth noting that the voltage control is from 0-12. IN manually mode I have to turn the knobs to maybe 60%+ to get fans to start up. This also means it should be able to control lights and such too! That''s tomorrow''s test...
