Prometeia Sealstring (9271)

ECT Sealstring is used as sealant around the Prometeia EasyMod CPU kit to prevent water condensation. This kit comes with 2 rolls. Seal String will not cause any problems with hardware whatsoever, and is easily removed. This also allows for repeated use of the same roll of seal string.

This special sealant is applied in order to make the Hermetic cell 100% air proof. An appropriate thickness must be applied between MB/mounting bracket/and Microfreezer, creating the Hermetic Cell.

Please note that any phase change cooling technology and thermo-electric (peltier) cooling technology will produce temperatures that will result in condensation in most climates. Due to this extreme care must be employed to guard against condensation forming in the system.
