Likely the best $13 case fan.09-18-2017

I have 5 of these fans in a modded Corsair 230T case. The fans keep the mATX system temps around 30 cent. They are able to feed the CPU cooler to keep the CPU around 30 - 32 cents. There are some pretty tall Corsair Dominator Platinum heatsinks to get around. Which are cool to the touch. The only caveat of these fans is the lack of air pressure. They will silently move a lot of air unless you obstruct their flow. So I modded the 230T to remove the fan obstructions. I am quite pleased with the increase/amount of airflow. Considering I have them all running directly from the power supply and they are silent. I only hear the air rushing if everything else is quiet. I have been running these fans for a year without failure in another build. No imbalance ticking or other noise. I also soldered in two turquoise diodes for a two tone effect that is quite lovely in this older build. FWIW, the stock diodes are 3mm. I like the two tone frame and the more subtle L.E.D. effect a lot. The fans performance is quite impressive considering their low noise level. They appear to be holding up even after being modded. The fans are meant to dis-assemble. Which is nice for cleaning and modding. Frozen CPU''s fast and accurate shipping is a great bonus.
Really nice for the money.09-05-2017

I would rate these as 5. However, the tiny plastic tabs tend to break when disassembling the fan to install or clean. I am using 5 of these on a modded 230T build. It is an "air flow" build. The case does not require a lot of air pressure. These fans move enough air at full speed and are also quite quiet. About as silent as you can get. The two-tone metal and black smoke look is perfect for the system theme and silver wire grills. The lighting effect is subtle because the color is red and the fan blades are smoked instead of mirrored or clear. But that is how they get the lightning effect on the wavy blades. To compensate for the lower airflow, I cut out all the perforated metal in the case where the fans mount. Which works out great because I mounted the rear and top fans on the outside of the case. These fans also look really nice with a second color led retro-fitted. I should note that this fan uses 3mm diodes instead of the typical 5mm. I really like these Enermax fans. They come apart so I could install the back plates then assemble the rest of the fan onto the case. Then screw the wire grill onto the face of the fan frame using typical fan screws. These fans are smooth and have not gone bad despite modding and messing with them. I have a total of 7 molested 120mm TB Silence fans. The Twister bearing concept seems to be legit.

Don''t buy this fan if you want maximum airflow. But for this quiet, it has excellent airflow. I replaced a stock fan on my CM HAF 912 W/one of these, approx. the same airflow but even quieter. I like it.
