one thing i would like to say right off the bat is how ocmpact this power supply is. for being one of the most powerful power supplies on the market as well as one of the most efficient in its class, it is nearly the same size as a normal ATX PSU. the painting on the unit is a very strong type of powder coating which may rub some case interiors badly but if padded properly, is durable and scratch resistant. the modular plugs are all high quality with the amount of pins reduced by combining similer pins in the modular chains (the 24 pin and the first of the 8 pins share a few wires, as well as the PCI-E pins, altogether reducing the amount of pins going into the PSU by 10 or more) even though i am resleeving it to match the theme of my build, the sleeving on the wires is also top notch and i wish i could have taken the time to save it. all in all, building a system from the gound up, especially a high power one, requires a good foundation, and this is the best i could find.
