Grey Ice 4200 is New, high performance Non-Silicone thermal grease specially designed for high power, high heat flux applications. It offers thermal, reliability and low price requirements of high-end chipset, graphic processors trend ever-faster clock speeds. Grey Ice 4200 used as efficient thermal “path” between a flip-chip microprocessor package and its device-cooling heat sink to fills the microscopic irregularities of the components, resulting in very low thermal resistance.

A 28 gram syringe is enough to 10-12 CPU applications.
