Custom Case Painting Service:
Interior Support Chassis Powder Coating is a service where we'll take a case of your choice, disassemble it, clean it and then powder coat its internal surfaces and supporting chassis leaving only the top panel, side panels and front bezel untouched. This makes a very cool looking two-tone color for your case and makes the interior as interesting as the exterior!

Powder Coating is unique painting process that provides a much smoother and thicker paint surface without any risk of drips or running. Once the case has been completely disassembled (including drilling out of the manufacturer's rivets) the internal chassis parts are separated and cleaned. Each of the parts in the chassis internal support structure are then coated with paint powder using an electrostatic gun. The gun charges the particles so they stick to the surface the part without any solvents or other binder chemicals. The coated part is then baked in an oven so the powder melts in a uniform film of paint. Once every part has been baked and cooled, the case is reassembled, rivets and all, and shipped out.

I received this case and was astonished at how gorgeous it looks. Received many, many complements from countless people who came to look at it where I received it. I opted not to have the front grill (where the logo is) coated to retain the contrast and I''ve seen pics of that done anyways and felt it was overkill. I recommend having the cables sleeved for longevity and aesthetics...well worth it! FrozenCPU staff was extremely kind, professional, and accomodating making this transaction an absolute joy. In case you are wondering from the pictures, I also had all internal fans except the front one replaced with Cooler Master Megaflow/R4 Series LED fans including the 2nd top option. I also ordered a Scythe Gentle Typhoon for the duct assembly. Once again, thanks to Frozen for the beautiful job and care taken to make this case stand out like a friggin'' dynamo making other cases look like sissy momma boy''s paper weights. cheers!
