I purchased this water block for my 670 overclocked, the poor man''s gtx680 from EVGA. This will fit on the 670 by EVGA.
The service getting this waterblock was superb. Initially, I ordered the wrong waterblock and FRZCPU was nice enough to let me send it back and order this, under the conditions that I didn''t use the 1st waterblock; I simply took it out of it''s packaging.
One thing to note, the waterblock (like others I would imagine) puts weight on the card. I installed a simple beam under it to add support. Nice to keep in mind, unless your motherboard is horizontally arranged.
Great Choice.

I had to decide between this and the heatkiller blocks for my 2 Gigabyte GTX670 windforce 3x. But I went with this one because the distance between the fitting holes is much more favorable in my case (Silverstone Raven RV01). I added a 90 degree elbow fitting on my second car and routed the tubing towards the PCI slot and then towards the radiator (this all will make sense if u own an RV01). The temperatures don''t exceed 42 degrees in load when running stress test which is absolutely amazing when compared to the 76 degrees with just air cooling. Both the cards are fitted with EK-FC680 Q Class 2 backplates (after a few tight fits). I''ve heard of many good things about the heatkiller blocks as well. And if I were to recommend, I probably don''t know which to choose. But if you wish to route the tubing from graphics card to radiator via PCI slot like me, go with this one.
