I went out on a limb and ordered 7 of these for a new system I recently put together, along with 2 corsair 140''s. Right when I opened the box I could just tell these were a quality product. From the workmanship and the quality extensions included. You get two extensions that are two different lengths and they are braided. As far as noise goes I can run these fans as low as 650 rpm and they are dead silent up to 1300 rpm, after that you can start to hear slightly more air flow the more you turn them up. (I''m referring to a dead silent room here) At full power they are audible, but not annoying at all. It also depends on where they are placed. For example the two I have on the bottom of my case for intake I can run at 80-85%. Overall I would highly recommend these, and I will be purchasing more for a family members system.
