The XSPC Raystorm EX240 Extreme Universal CPU Water Cooling Kit comes complete with everything you will need to cool your CPU. This kit is designed to handle your CPU and can be expanded to handle more blocks as well.
The kit uses the newest XSPC CPU block, the Raystorm as the core cooling component. This block has a pure copper base and is a top of the line in performance and looks. XSPC coupled this with their dual 120mm EX240 radiator which is a thin profile radiator giving more flexibility with compatibility.
The reservoir is a combination of the XSPC dual bay reservoir along with a XSPC X20 750 pump. This pump has been revised and is much more reliable than previous revisions. It is now injection molded for seamless joints and this new revision 4 model is a black color.
This kit comes compete with all fittings, clamps, fans, mounting hardware and hose.
Note: Kit does NOT come with fluid or additive.

This kit has been running great, I''m running a 4770 socket 1150, it ran at about 60c with stock heat sink and fan, it is now running at about 28c on stock speeds, have not tried OC yet waiting for other parts, I do wish they would give you a choice of LED colors, I will have to buy red LED''s, but other then that works great,
Amazing

This is my first custom Loop and all I have to say is this kit is amazing!!! My Core temps have dropped over 8C and performance is outstanding. it''s unbelievably quiet, I actually had to put my ear up to it just to make sure it was still working. I will be expanding this loop by adding a VGA Cooling block as well. I am excited to see this thing keep the temps cool.
OK, but has flaws.

Ordered this to go with a pc i am going to be building, but i decided to throw it on my current setup for fun. I got the package fairly fast, unpacked it and everything was packed well with bubble wrap. The water block did have a dark spot on it, no idea why but so far doesn''t seem to effect cooling. Started putting it together, and the screws for use with amd systems do not work. I had to take the bottom pressure screw and go with just the top one for it to fit, even then i was concerned with breaking something. This could just be because my computer is old, but it claims compatibility with am2. After dealing with that, everything else fell into place just fine. Filled up the reservoir, added 2 drops of dead water (thanks for the free bottle), popped the plug in for a few seconds to get some circulation, added me and repeated till it stayed full. This is where the other problem came in. The pump is loud, it makes a conversational level mix between hum/buzz. I have left it running for about 24 hours total and it still makes the noise, but it has quieted down a little. I am going to have to call frozen and see what they can do for me, as i have researched and found the pump is suppose to be quite quite, other reviews on here will confirm that. I have tested it out for cooling effectiveness and it is fantastic, using the stock cooler that came with my 2.8ghz dual core, running prime95 it would hit 75*C very fast, with this kit i ran 2 prime95''s and it never went above 45*C. Kit is fantastic value and works great, but be prepared to possibly get a defective part.
in LOVE WITH THIS!

Okay, here''s gonna be my POV on this. it''s epic. in conjunction with the XSPC blue coolant this keeps my overclocked fx-8350-4.5GHZ @ 11c idle and maxed prime 95 @36c IT IS AWESOME!
Just a tip, check your drive bays before buying. I''ll be modding my drive bays to fit it into there, you can not have a divider in the middle it has to be a straight shot for the pump/res to fit. (eg my corsair 540 air bays arent compatible, so i brought out my air hammer and i also got my drive bays removed because they are modular and punded the dividers out.
Anyways it''s a great choice for any system! Even enough tubing at the end to use your filling funnel as a beer bong!
Just what I needed!

Huge benefit to cpu temps, seeing quite a difference from running prime 95 on an 3570k o/c @4.0GHz with stock fan high temps in mid to upper 80°C within 20 minutes, to running this raystorm kit same chip @4.5GHz prime95 for 8+hrs temps peak at 60°C, and relatively stay in the 40-50''s. There was some work involved for installing, you definitely want to read the manual and find other helpful resources to make sure you understand how to put it together, and one thing I might add is how handy it would be to have bought an extra fitting, and a drainport cap fitting to connect a drain tube for when you need to change coolant. This kit is amazing, such a great deal. I have the radiator mounted above my top exhaust, pulled by the xspc 120mm fans, and pushed by a nice quiet 200mm fan from inside the case. Used brackets to elevate the radiator which allows more air from around it to get pulled up through. Pump has ran very quiet since install, a flow indicator would be handy because I am constantly wondering if it''s still pumping, until I load up HWMonitor to check temps. This thing is awesome! BUY IT (if you can).
