I put some of this stuff in my loop and I haven''t had any problems. I have been running my loop for about 3 months. I will be posting updates about every month or so. Just do your research on Ethylene Glycol before adding this to your loop. Be aware Ethylene Glycol should not be used with acrylic or rubber so if you have any acrylic in your loop (most likely res) do not use this and if your fittings o-ring is made of rubber do not use this (most newer fittings have silicon o-rings). If you have no clue and just want answers go to overclock.net or tomshardware. For water cooling I would personally recommend overclock.net just because they have a separate water cooling section in the forum.
