Complete set of components needed to upgrade CPU or motherboard of the same socket type design (AMD S754/940/939 & P4 S478).

The Socket kit can be applied universally on all existing VapoChill models.

The socket kit consists of heat conduction compound, clamshell gasket, socket insulation brick and CPU protection shim plates.


Attention:

Please note that any phase change cooling technology and thermo-electric (peltier) cooling technology will produce temperatures that will result in condensation in most climates. Due to this extreme care must be employed to guard against condensation forming in the system.
