These fans are wonderful. I''d recommend a fan speed controller if you get more than 1 because although 35dba full speed is not THAT loud toss a few more in and you''re looking at a tornado. I''m waiting for a new controller since the one I got did not work well so I''m just running them off the psu. All of them. Three of these and two Cooler Master fans, as well as the Zalman inside of my case sound''s like a hurricane but I love it! So much cool air coming out of the back I don''t need to run the AC! lol. This product is wonderful. Best fan''s I have ever owned. as for the title. They are not really UV reactive and the blue LED''s are so bright if they are I can''t tell. They look great though half the blades are silver and it gives this rim''s spinning like effect with the light''s that looks nice.

Really awesome air flow. The fan isn''t all that loud either. I bought two, and I''m going to buy two more.
