Good Fan

This is a good idea using a drive bay to more alot of air quietly. Does prove a little hard to install in a computer with a slightly rounded front since it does not come brackets and the mounting tabs on it are not long enough to to reach back into the opening. Not easy to find any brackets in Florida. but over all it sure can solve a heat problem.
Pretty Cool

I like this little thing. It moves alot of air and is virtually silent. I installed mine upside down the blow the hot air up and out to avoid recycling hot air. It is worth the money, especially if you have a spare 5.25".
Effective HD cooler

No fan mounts near the HDs in many cases, but often a 5.25 bay above, just right for this. Lots of air, minimal noise "squirrel cage" like those expensive in-wall heaters, not just a pair of little "bottle cap" fans in other 5.25 bay coolers.
Blows out!

This fan sucks air out of your case! As previous reviewer notes, fan directs airflow down. So, install upside down.
Noise? hmmm... At full throttle seems more like 30db or more.
Performance? Awesome! -Just understand how it works.
Great fan but...

Okay, this fan is a great idea and it DOES move alot of air but first you must consider this. Notice that the vent on the fan goes down. If you system really does get hot, then by common sence, that hot air could/can get recylcled and pulled in by your existing case fan. If you don''t have a fan in the front of your case, or if you get really high temps go for it. Not a bad product, just needs a few options or refinements.
