This is the 3rd time I am purchasing these skates for my trusty Logitech G5 mouse. However, this time I have another G5 Mouse I fixed and is spare and need the extra pads. I''m using the XTrac Ripper mousepad which is my recent favorite pad and works great with HyperGlide skates. Friends of mine who play Battlefield 3 complained of their MX-518 mouse not gliding properly anymore. I suggested for them to purchase new pads and they had no idea that you could buy aftermarket mouse pads/skates. I referred them to purchasing HyperGlide pads from you guys and also suggested the XTrac MousePad. I''m sure they''ll be happy. BOTTOM LINE: I highly recommend HyperGlide Mouse Skates!!! First of all I LOVE my mouse. I use without the weight cartridges and don''t click on the mouse wheel. However, this mouse is very durable. I''ve purchased 2 HyperGlide mouse skates for this mouse and haven''t been dissatisfied at all. They are MUCH better than the stock ones. I also highly recommend use of this or any mouse on the XTrac Ripper pads. I have a second G5 that I fixed which is backup/spare mouse and it needs new mouse skates.

I have used Hyperglide skates for my Deathadder and I am waiting for these to come in. Only the best from Hyperglide and now that the new mx518 uses the same skates as the g-series mice I hope they do not let me down :D
