The Swiftech MC14 Forged Copper 16-Pin Video Card BGA Memory Ramsinks from Swiftech are designed for Surface Mount Component Super Duty Cooling (VGA Memory, VRM Modules, Compositing Chips, etc.). The ramsinks are outfitted with Bergquist thermal conductivity pads for the optimum heat transfer.

Many manufacturers have many tightly backed fins on their ramsinks. These are easier to manufacture, but they interfere with the convection. Being that the Swiftech ramsinks are forged and made from solid copper, they have the best thermal dispersal possible!
