I replaced the noisy 40x40x10mm fan in my Shuttle X27D with this one. Much better airflow. Temps dropped 15-20C (T1 was in the high 50''s, is now below 40) and it is much quieter now.

Bought 3, one was balanced. The other two are unbalanced and hum. One was so bad it walked under power on a flat surface.
