Got 3 of these, one of the didn''t spin up and started smoking. The other two work, and are quiet, but when I screw them down to my radiator I guess the airflow is impeded and they don''t run at full rpm which makes them about 3x louder.

Good fan. Loudness compares to an Antec 3 speed fan on low. At the same time it gives about double airflow of the antec. Still not silent like advertised because I can hear more of the motor on this fan than the air while the antec i hear the air not the motor.

Fans are VERY quiet, and move a good amount of air. Not sure if they move the 64CFM advertised (the box says 64 even though the title says 72) but they do move a sufficient amount for the noise they produce. LEDs are not as bright as one may think, but add a nice glow effect to any PC. Oh and the shipping is excellent.
