Have this installed on a non-ref 4870 with swiftech mc14 sinks. Added it to the loop in an XSPC triple 120 kit and dropped 15c in idle and load temps. Now OCing way beyond what the stock cooler was capable of. Only negative is the cheesy little direction sheets.

Bought 2 for an SLI setup and am very happy. Getting heatsinks for the GPU memory but otherwise ideal. AND I can still use them when I upgrade my vid cards in a couple years.

I had this on a 6800 GT and it was able to keep the temps within 10F of ambient with a heafty overclock and a volt mod. I fitted it onto my 8800 GT and it would have worked, but I wanted to try a full coverage block so I went with the Ione for the 8800GT. Well worth the money, and the build quailty is top notch.
