ClearNeon UV Reactive Clear Coat Paint - Blue – New Formula! The paint is now more invisible and brighter than ever! Applies to most surfaces, including cloth and dries fast, leaving you with an eye-catching effect.

Note: Some colors will appear different on different surfaces. Also, some colors appear differently when used independently. Coverage depends on application, average coverage is 12 sq. ft. or a line 1 inch wide and 150 feet long.

NON-CONDUCTIVE
The paint is completely non-conductive and can be applied to motherboards and other electrical components.

Applies a coating which is transparent and colorless under normal light, but glows under UV black lighting. Easily removable from most surfaces with soap and water. May not be completely removable from porous materials (such as bare wood, cardboard, paper, foam, accoustic ceilings and flat paint).

Use:
Use at room temperatures. Hold 3 to 12 inches from surface. Move can in even continuous strokes. Dries in 4 to 5 minutes. Surface should be clean and dry, free from dirt and oil. Before use, check for any adverse effects by applying clear neon in an inconsipuous area. May be removed with window cleaner.

First Aid:
Always get prompt medical attention if any ill effects. If in eyes, immediately flush thoroughly with water, remove any contact lenses.

Extremely Flamable:
Do not drop, puncture or incinerate. Use in well ventilated area. Avoid Fire, flame or smoking during use until thoroughly dry. Do not store in temperatures above 120°F. Keep out of the reach of children. Use only as directed. Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and inhaling contents can be harmful or fatal. Product should not be used by or near pregnant women.

I agree with the other reviewer for this product. While the shipping was quick, this product DOES NOT react to the UV lighting I have in my case. Being a painter, I applied two coats of it to the black cables for my liquid cooled equipment, and no reaction to the four (4) UV lights in my case. I was really expecting to set my system off, but now I will have to go with other alternatives for true UV effects. Again, save your money and buy another brand, or product altogether. This stuff does not work!!

The tub it comes in is pretty sturdy for storage. The consistency is also acceptable, however there seems to be very little pigment versus filler(even though I made sure it was completely mixed). I applied it to numerous surfaces all with the same outcome....very dim at first, and it fades to nothing within a week. I even tried numerous applications until I could see a filmy substance without UV lights, just a faded(dim)UV reaction at first and no UV reaction after a week. So now I''m left with a useless film over the components that I painted both plastic and steel. Thats okay though, I''ll wash it off and chalk it up to a lesson learned.
