The fan silencer is the future of quiet computing. One of the more prominent causes of noise from a computer are the fans vibrating alongside the case and the fan mounting. With the innovative silencer sandwiched between the case and the fan, the silencer will then cut down significantly on the noise produced by such fans and without inhibiting airflow one bit.

They work fine, but can sometimes move around a tad during screw fastening

They do the job they are supposed to do.
I had to play around with them a bit since the edges liked to move slightly when you started to fasten the screws like the previous reviewer was saying.
Luckily I didn''t need to resort to the usage of adhesive like they did.
Needs contact adhesive to be effectively applied

These frames are *very* difficult to install with regular fan screws. As you tighten the screws, the rubber shifts out of position. I can''t see a way to install these without gluing them to the fan first with an appropriate type of contact adhesive rated for rubber and plastic.
