The Noctua NH-U12P Socket F / 754 / 939 / 940 Mounting Kit allows you to mount the NH-U12P on Opteron Socket F boards (if the motherboard uses only 2 mounting holes per socket or already has a backplate with 6 screw threads) as well as on older AMD systems using socket 939, 940 and 754.
