The Thermalright IFX-10 Motherboard Backside Cooler connects to and is designed to cool the backplate (motherboard backside) of a CPU cooler. It utilizes two heatpipes and proprietary through-holes, courtesy of the High Riser series, to additionally cool the CPU from the back of the motherboard. You can install the IFX-10 with any Thermalright heatsink that is compatible with your Socket 775, AM2 or 939 motherboard. The IFX-10 also gives you an option of installing an 80mm fan. With the Thermalright IFX-10’s additional cooling capacity, your chip's life expectancy and stability will increase, especially when overclocking.

Note: Before installation of IFX-10 backside cooler, please make sure that you have at least 70mm of space for the backside cooler to extend beyond the motherboard.
