I bought two of these fans for the top of my case where the radiator is, and connected them to my fan controller. At high speed they work great, but when I turn down the voltage, they start to produce a wobble. This causes the blades to hit against the top of my case making a terrible racket.

I have three of these fans on a liquid cooling radiator, speed controlled by a rheobus type fan controller. At around 5V, they are inaudible and put our somewhere near 20 CFM. At full throttle, they are a bit loud, but the suction they provide is similar to a small jet engine or the likes. I would recommend these fans to anyone who needs a high flow fan on a budget with great noise ratings. Buy it!
