The Lamptron Fan-Atic 5 Port Military Switch Baybus uses machined aluminum to organize five, high-performance toggle switches that can handle 60 Watts of power each. Each channel can run at 5V or 12V (or be turned off) by the toggle switches - and the switches use colored LEDs to show what state they are in! Blue indicates 5V, Red indicates 12V and neither LED is lit when the switch is off. This high-grade control panel is suited for bigger things than just turning fans on and off - at 60 Watts each, one switch could handle an entire liquid cooling system.

This thing is wonderful for having more than two or three fans in your case and not wanting them to always run at full rpm. I even have my pump hooked up to it and it does the job great!
Best manual fan controller, avoids 7V trick05-31-2010

This is my favorite fan controller of many I have built and bought. I currently have six 3A diodes inline with the 12V (yellow) molex power source, so I toggle between 5V and roughly 7.5V, which are two quiet choices perfect for my needs. It can be surprising which combination gives sufficient cooling with the least noise, and the toggles look very cool. The only way that a simple circuit can provide 7V is by bridging the 12V and 5V power supplies; their difference is 7V. There are stories on the web of destroying some power supplies this way, yet this site is not alone in selling many such devices without warning. They will probably work for you, but buy them at your own risk. I prefer the 5V, 7.5V choice I now have.
