The Lian-Li PC-A20 Super Mid Tower Case is another elegant and intelligent design from the king of Aluminum cases, Lian Li. The PC-A20 features an attractive aluminum, front door that can open on either side to accommodate different placement positions for the case. The case has two 140 mm fans and one 120 mm fans, all with adjustable speeds, to handle the cooling of your hardware efficiently. Everything about the case is designed for cooling, easy installation and noise control. Rubber mounts and metal springs isolate vibrations. Partitions, vents and multiple fans direct the airflow across key components. And from a removable motherboard tray to hard drive bays and ports for cable routing and water cooling, the case is a breeze to work on.

Silent Solution
- To keep the system cool, and also running silent at the same time. PC-A20 using large sizes fans which running in low RPM, but still have enough air flow.
- There is a three-speed fan controller in the front, user can use it to adjust the fan speed to suit their needs.140mm fan speed 800-980-1180 RPM; 12mm fan speed 1020-1240-1500RPM; Factory set to mid speed. user can adjust to get the best balance between silent and cooling.
- There are anti-vibration spring fited inthe 5.25" rack to reduce the noise which cause by the vibration.
- Lian Li patented anti-vibration HDD mounting design, it is easy to use, simple use the thumb screws to secure the rubber ring to the HDD, and slide the HDD to the special made HDD cage, and the rubber ring will absorb the vibration and reduce the noise.
- There are anti-vibration kits on the chassis to reduce the vibration noise.
- The fan also mounted with rubber ring to reduce the vibration noise.
- The rubber strip on the front door panel, it stop the door to knock the front panel, to avoid the door scratch the front panel, also close the gap of the door and front panel.
- There are noise damper panel inside the door, behind the vent openning. Allow the air to pass through, and reduce the noise level pass through the damper panel.
Creative Thermal Solution
PC-A20 has two heat zones, one zone for motherboard, graphics card and optical drives, and one zone for 3.5” HDD and power supply unit. To separate the heat sources for better thermal solution.
PC-A20 has fitted a 140mm intake fan, The fan can output high air flow volume with lower RPM to push the cold air through the HDD rack. It can be adjust by the three-speed fan speed controller, factory setting to Middle (980RPM), user can adjust the fan speed to suit.。(140mm fan speed @800-980-1200RPM)
There is a 120mm exhaust fan at the rear to draw the hot air out, and a 140mm PCI cooler fan next to the PCI slots. Their speed can be adjust by the three-speed fan controller, (120mm 1024 - 1240 -1500RPM; 140mm 800 - 980 - 1200RPM) factory setting to Middle (120mm@1240RPM; 140mm@980RPM), user can adjust the fan speed to suit.
- PC-A20 has fitted a 120mm fan on the graphics card holder to cool the memory and north bridge chip set. Fan speed can be adjust by the three-speed fan controller,factory setting to middle (1240RPM), user can adjust the fan speed to suit.
- Power supply unit located at the lower part of the chassis, and it can get the cool air from the bottom of the chassis. Ideal for keep power supply in lower temperature to keep in best output performance, also keep the components cold to extend the life cycle.
- There is a panel between HDD and PSU sections, there is space for a 120mm fan for improve air flow.
- There are opening for water tubes on rear of the top cover. Ideal for user who would like to fit liquid cooling system into PC-A20.
User Friendly
- Motherboard tray is removable, user don't need to work inside the small space.
- There are opening above the motherboard tray, allow user to hide the cable behind the motherboard tray.
- PC-20 has fitted with a server grade graphics card pillar, to hold the heavy graphics card in place.
- The 5.25" rack has fitted tool-less ODD mounting kit, simply slide in the ODD drive into the 5.25" rack, and it will lock it in place, there are extra screw mounting points for extra security.
- Modularized HDD cages, can be removed easily by un-secure a spring loaded thumb screw, All the cages and base can removable totally for liquid cooling project.
- The HDD cage can be rotate 180 degree for cable management.
- No matter of where you want to place your chassis. PC-A20's front panel can switch the open direction, allow chassis to fit in different working environment.
- Lian Li designer come out an unique door stop design, by using steel ball as door stop, to stop the door in the right position. And sounds like closing the door on a high end automotive.
- All the internal openings has equipped with plastic protector to avoid cutting user's hand or cables.
- Dual power supply units space, user can remove the 2-bay HDD cage, and fit the power supply stand on to the chassis, and it can support 200mm long power supply units. ( when user using power supply which longer than 200mm, they can remove the panel between Power supply / HDD section for more space.
- Multimedia ports’ connectors follow international specification standard, with one connector for easy installation
- Audio supports HD Audio and AC97 Audio design for batter compatibility
