Scythe MUSASHI Twin Heatpipe Low-Profile Universal VGA Cooler is compatible with both ATI and NVIDIA graphics cards. With two low-profile 100mm fans and twin heatipes, the Scythe MUSASHI is capable of cooling high performance video cards without taking up too much space. Passive heatsinks are included to cool the graphics card's memory chips

Note: There must be a minimum of 10mm clearance between the Scythe MUSASHI base and the frame the graphics card's chips.

Note: There must be a minimum of 4mm clearance between the Scythe MUSASHI and the supplemental power connector located on the graphics card.

Universal Design
Compatible with ATI, ranging from the 9000 series up to the HD 5800 series - and compatible with NVIDIA, ranging from the FX5900 to the 9800GTX+.

Low Profile Design
The MUSASHI is designed to be as thin as possible, from 12mm thick fans to 6mm heatpipes and an ultra thin heatsink and cooling fins - the whole unit is only 35 mm thick!

Manually Controlled Twin Fans
A knob controlled rheostat fits in a standard expansion slot and controls the twin cooling fans so you can choose between best performance (27.6 CFM) and quietest operation (12.5 dBA).

Cools Entire Graphics Card
The Fans blow directly on the card and the cooling fins direct the airflow across the entire card body, passing across the passive cooling heatsinks included to reduce the temperature of the card's memory chips.

I installed this with no problems what so ever, on a saphire 5870. while folding on the GPU temps never go above 53C under full load. mind you it is summer and is a little warm inside my house. it idles at 31-32C. I read somewhere else people where having difficulty installing this cooler. If you can look at pictures installation is easy. Can also adjust fan speed which is a plus. Highly Recommend this cooler.
