This is a great power supply 24V is what you need if you are running multiple series/parallel combinations. This is a hard to find supply, props to FCPU for carrying it!

I''m not sure why this website is selling this Aux. PSU for peltier blocks because its 24 volts!! Be careful! I wasn''t even paying attention like I should have been when purchasing this thing and blew up a peltier block! I guess if you had 2 block in line with each other it would work just fine. You need a 12 volt PSU to run the blocks right. Just pay attention to your voltages when TEC cooling otherwise you''ll throw money down the toilet like I did.
