base part is plastic, only front side aluminum. I used 2 long screws that came in bag to fix it in place. the optical device need to seat deeper in bay, so original bay tool-less plastic snap will not be used. to fix the device in place, iv''e used the additional 2 shorter screws that came with this part, and just needed remove the CD Tray Bezel, not the Bezel around it. 4 out of 5, because its not an all aluminum part, and you need tighten the screws gently as to not stress the plastic. -grate match to front Bezel. -super easy install, & looks grate, quite pleased with it.

This drive cover does everything you would expect it to do. ..covers your drive.. Flawlessly matches any black Lian Li case. -1 for price :/
