The Aerocool AVN-1000 Hard Drive Silencer / Cooler is an all aluminum case designed to mount a 3.5" hard drive in a standard 5.25" drive bay. The hard drive sits on vibration absorbing rubber and the case dissipates heat generated by the drive through a large thermal pad to the extruded aluminum top panel. The AVN-1000's front panel can be either black or silver (both included) so it can match any of today's popular black or silver brushed aluminum cases.
