DEMCiflex Computer Air Filter is the easiest of all Computer Air Filters to use. No need for any skills. No Glue, No Screws, No Tools and No Hassles. All you have to do is to locate your computer's air intake vents. Use a sheet of paper to see if any particular fan draws air into the case or blows it out. All inlet fans and un-fanned openings can be protected by DEMCiflex.
These filter are magnetic and will attach themselves to the metal strip that is supplied. Simply stick and peel the strip and your filter is ready to install!
Because the mesh is white it is easy to see when the filter needs cleaning. After cleaning out the unit initially maintenance consists of taking the DEMCifilter off by hand, dusting it off by hand or soft brush and replacing it over the air intake. That simple. No dismantling, no tools, no glue or screws needed. DEMCifilter has no moving parts and has a one-piece lightweight design. DEMCifilter is fitted over the fan intake or vent holes by way of magnetic strip built into the filter. Even if the case is non-metallic, a lightweight and flexible magnetic frame (optional extra) can be fitted to the case and DEMCifilter can be fitted onto it. This will extend the lifespan of the computer and lead to less downtime and an overall more enjoyable computer experience.

I live in an area where dust is a pretty big problem so I had to get filters, but I didn''t want to mess up the sleek case MoD look I''m going for.
These are very low profile, you can barely tell they are on there, when they are clean :P
The mesh is also very fine and barely blocks any of your internal LED''s from shining through.
Extremely easy to remove and clean with the magnet, will stick right to your metal case, or you cause use the adhesive backed magnet that comes with it.
*When I first opened the package I didn''t think the adhesive magnet worked at all, then I realized you just have to rotate one of the pieces around until you align the magnetic fields. :)
**You don''t want to put these on your exhaust vents, only your intakes.
Great Filter!

I bought 4 of these to test them out on my NZXT Rogue case (4 intake fans). First the quality of these fan filters are top notch. The filter its self is made from "high precision polyester mesh" this helps not also just your regular dust, but also very fine dust particles! I have been using these for about 2 weeks. GREAT FILTERS if you''re looking into these DEMCiflex type filters don''t 2nd thought yourself. GET IT!
Also I bought another fan filter from here "120mm Black Anodized Fan Filter"... The anodized filter fan filter wasn''t able to keep out fine dust away. Plus the Anodized fan filter made my fans dirty!... The DEMCiFLEX will not! GET THESE while you can. I also hear from another source that DEMCiFLEX will customize any size your shape that you need!
DEMCiflex: a great filter, but use a high pressure fan

This filter will keep out about 98% of dust, but it restricts air flow more than other filters. Therefore you''ll want to use the "Noctua NF-P12" 120mm Fan (sold here) because it has the highest Static Pressure rating of any cooling fan available. It is also VERY quiet. And don''t substitute one of the "newer" Nuctua fans because their pressure rating has been reduced.
very good filter (5), but cuts airflow quite a bit (4), looks (3)

I ordered 3 different filters to see which works best for me. I got the DEMCiflex 120mm Magnetic / Fan Dust Filter, the 120mm Blue Steel Mesh Filter / Grill and the FilterRight 120mm. The DEMCiflex has the best filter performance but on an Enermax Magma it cuts the airflow to half (subjectively not measured). The Steel Mesh Filter adds a really annoying high pitched sound when used and the relative big holes will most likely not filter smaller particles. The FilterRight cuts the airflow not as noticeable as the DEMCiflex but still I would guess it decreased by at least ¼ if not more.
If you need a very good filter then the DEMCiflex is what you want. But attached it looks not as clean as the FilterRight. The best solution would be a combination of FilterRight and DEMCiflex. (frame of the FilterRight and magnetically attaching the DEMCiflex filter to it)
