PrimoChill Ghost Compression Fittings are perfect for old pros and novices alike. Serious performance enthusiasts and case modders will appreciate all the features mentioned along with the superior high quality craftsmanship and finish. Novice water coolers will appreciate the tool free design that makes getting a leak free installation a lot easier. Budget minded users will also appreciate the value that PrimoChill Ghost Compression Fittings have to offer over their metal counterparts.
PLEASE NOTE: It is important for the integrity of the compression fitting that excessive force is avoided in tightening the ring. If the ring is overtightened, the tube will become deformed, lose contact surface and cause leaks. Over-tightening is the most common cause of leaks in all compression fittings. As a general rule, the compression ring should be "finger tight" and then tightened one-half more of a turn with your fingers. All fittings should then be "leak" tested, and if slight weeping is observed, the fitting should be slowly tightened a bit more until the weeping stops.

I detest writing negative reviews, but the consumer needs to know the pros and cons of their purchase. These fitting look great. In fact, they seal pretty well. After running my loop with them for two weeks, a tiny kink formed in my tubing and instantly all of the primochill fittings broke from the pressure. These fittings look great, don''t get me wrong, but they break easily. So if you''re going to purchase these fittings, please make sure your really careful, and buy anti-kink tubing coils. As for me, I wasted a bunch of money only to get metal fittings.
