Will Not Fit All AM3/AM2/AM2+ M/B

Pros: Cools well on the AMD 955BE. Very nice fan. Moves a lot of air at an except-able noise level. Love it for AM3 M/B''s as it does not cover any of your ram slots. This will fit with the tallest of memory modules. Remember this company makes long lasting heat-sinks for server''s. I would suggest it to anyone looking for a heat-sink that fits and works great with AMD M/B. Has a good price attached as well.
Cons:If your AMD AM3/AM2/AM2+ Does not have a completely threaded back-plate to mount to the screws that came with this heat-sink they will be to short. Will not fit on the MSI 790FX-GD70 AM3 AMD 790FX ATX AMD Motherboard do to back-plate without modification to the screws are back-plate. Renumber the threaded standoffs that come on the back-plate must be threaded from top to bottom to work on the sockets listed.
Other Thoughts: This is a great start from this company into the enthusiast heat-sink market. Keeps my MSI 790FX-GD70 and 955BE clocked @ 4.0GHz 37 Degrees Celsius at idle. Under load the highest I''ve hit is between 56-58 Degrees Celsius. Room temp of 23-24 Degrees Celsius.
