This cooler is great but it is the size of a small child. so make sure that you have the room for it beforehand. Can''t see why anyone would run the fans at less then 100% because they are extremely quiet. Wish Noctua would go basic black cause I''ve never been in love with the beige but my case is lit with blue LEDs so it''s not very noticeable. Comes with high quality mounting hardware for several platforms, quite a bit of quality thermal paste and connections for limiting the speed and a y splitter
As good as liquid cooling

It''s bigger''n yours! Size does matter in this instance. I''ve got a i7 920 D0 step @1.3v @4GHz in a P6T with HT ON Priming @ 62C, that''s down 24 degrees from the stock cooler where I had the over clock @ only 3.8GHz @ 1.24V. Room ambient @ 21-22C. I''ve got the fans on maximum speed but they generate so little noise I don''t notice them. Quiet. Cold. Imposing! And it comes in any color you want as long as it''s beige! (My idle temps are 22C on my hottest core but that''s with LLC, C1E, and Speedstep enabled, but still impressive performance.)
Best Air Cooler Ever

After trying several other coolers, bought the D14. Now ruinning I7-920 on Asus P6T Deluxe at 4.2 with Turbo!! Matched with NoiseBlocker M12-P case fans, my system is practically silent!! Idles at 4.2 in high 30''s. Full Prime95 loaded in high 60''s. Would recommend to anyone with a large enough case!!
Amazing cooling performance

I have this cooling my i7 920 at 3.7GHz with HT on and the highest temp on any core is 73C, and that is after about 9 hours of Prime95 small FFT''s. Between 36C-40C on idle, much better than the Cooler Master V8 that it replaced. I used the Noctua thermal paste that came with it and its just awesome. Nothing bad to say about it at all. Would willingly purchase another, and recommend it to anyone who doesn''t want to dive into the world of liquid cooling just yet. My cpu is a C0/C1 stepping, and the voltage used is 1.30625 I believe. Hope this helps others in their purchase.
Amazing

This cooler is fantastic! I have a Core i7 920 @ 3.2 working at 60ºC when full Folding@Home], and 56ºC when idle.
And more: it''s quietly....
That''s the best cooler that I have...
