 What a nightmare

First time watercooling and this product is giving me a headache. My first product was defective with weird leak. Customer services is slow send email receive respond 3 weeks later. After 3 month receive replacement worked for 1 week then started to leak at the bottom and cathode is comming out. Quality services isn''t there.

I gave this item a low score on my first review due to the tube shattering after about 3 months of use. I''m updating with a higher score due to the manufactures quick, and satisfactory response to my problem. They are sending me a new, updated, tube at no cost!
Anyone who has ANY OF THESE TUBES who received BEFORE about 2 weeks ago, NEEDS TO BEWARE!! Luckily my res was low on water and wasn''t above anything that may have been ruined by the leaking water(even though I''m using non-conductive additives).
 Mine shattered after a few months of use.

It looks amazing, build quality seemed second to none and all was well until I heard a "gurgling" from my cpu. I open it up to find the tube had shattered after being installed and running 24/7 for about 4 months.
I''ve rigged it to work for now, but will have to contact the manufacture to try and get a replacement...sigh!
Looks cool.

Looked great in my corsair 800d. While performing my leak test I did notice that this resevoir had a very minor leak at the time. I''m trying to figure out right now where its coming from to see if I should send it back or not. I''m sure it''s just defective or Fedex contributed to the leak.

This is one of the best items i hv spent my money on at making my pc look amazing. I use to hv a reservoir built into the pump and didnt like the looks of it at all but after seeing this thing it was a must hv.After install and powered up, i was very pleased with this. look a lot better then the picture .
