I recently built a computer for my cousin in an old case that I had to tear all the I/O ports out of. I used this instead. Very easy to setup and works like a champ. Would buy Akasa in the future!

Considering that most cases made currently already have mic and headphone jacks installed and pre-wired, I have no need for an interconnect device that includes them.
I used this product for the first time last month for a rig that I built for a friend of mine who''s previous computer was 5 years old and dying rapidly. They do a lot of charity work and needed a lot of USB ports in an accessible location; the Akasa AK-ICR-08 fit the need perfectly!
I will strongly recommend this product
