This sleeving is NOT UV reactive. There are reviews on it from other sites that say the same thing so it''s not just the stuff I got. I''m not sure why Mod/Smart advertises it as UV Reactive. I doubt this stuff would glow if it was sitting next to Chernoybl...

I was very disappointed in this product. Did not glow as much as i thought it would under uv. this is the 1st kit I bought from frozen and will be the last one to.I did buy 1 from a local retailer for a little cheaper and theirs came with bigger and brighter strands. I do not recommend this product if u want them to glow under uv lights.
