good kit bad pump

This kit is excellent however after 4 months of being powered on and running (- restart times) the pump has become very loud and the flow rate has dropped almost in half. Replacing with ddc and new res.
Not so great tubing

This is a fantastic water cooling kit. Completely superior to any air cooling. If you know what you are doing it is not that difficult to install. The only reason I took a star off was for the tubing. You don''t get that much so measure twice before you cut. After a few weeks I started to notice the tubing getting cloudy. I could see the water in the res was clear. I still haven''t determined what is making the tubing cloudy but it looks bad. Also the barbs for this kit are 1/2" and the tubing is 7/16" so its a bit difficult to get it to fit on. I had to use a hair dryer. And to get them off I just had to cut em.
Great Kit - Buy other tubing.

I''ve had this kit for a couple of weeks now, and I''m so glad I sprung for this and not something cheaper! Everything is great quality, minus a few bent fins on the radiator, which is understandable... it''s nothing excessive. Kit looks great, I just wish there had been instructions for the AMD mounting kit and not just the Intel. It was easy enough to do since I know what I''m doing, but for others it might not be.
The only reason I''m giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is the tubing. Don''t get me wrong, the tubing is great. It bend well without pinching up, and makes some pretty tight curves. The only issue I have with it is it seems to block UV light. I''m using distilled water with green Mayhem UV dye. It glows great inside the PrimoChill PrimoFlex that I bought along with the kit, but does not glow at all in the tubing that came with it.
I wasn''t sure if the dye wasn''t just moving through the block properly, since the PrimoFlex was all before the block and the stock tubing was after. I pulled the block apart, and there was no build-up inside. So I then took segments of each tubing, and put some coolant in each and tested it. Lo and behold, it glowed great inside the PrimoFlex but not inside the stock tubing.
Otherwise a fantastic kit for your money!

I have and this system for 6 mounts now and no problems, the temps haven''t changed at all. although the pump has gotten a tiny bit louder but it has not slowed down at all. the RX radiator is a bit bulky and i wish i had gotten the smaller one.
One of the Best

Everything came in one box. Packaged neatly. No missing parts. I added an EK NB block, RAM block, and 2 200mm NZXT 166CFM fans to the kit. Running 5.0GHz at 40C with 1.5v on a FX-8150. If I open a window and let cold air in, temp drops to 35C in minutes. Very satisfied. Thanx FrozenCPU!
My first water cool build

I did plenty of research and missed 1 small detail, the RX vs RS 360 radiator. The RX is huge and should be mounted outside the case. I have a HAF X case and was able to mount inside the case but took some creativity to make everything work. Had to remove the 2nd fan so the memory chips could fit. Otherwise it''s pretty awesome and gets the job done. I''m running at 4.5ghz and a idle temp of 32c - That''s pretty tight, not to mention it''s QUIET! My next effort will be to get a GPU cooler -
My advise if you want the triple fan radiator setup get the RS for internal mounting. Otherwise you will most likely need to mount the RX outside the case. As I mentioned it can be done inside but depending on the MB. I have a ASROCK Extreme7Gen3 and got it to work.
GL - have fun

this thing is awsome. i have it on my 6990 temps went from around 85c to just 30c in game. got the nhd-14 on the cpu. if you want a great water cooler this is the one. the only thing i needs in the box is a fan controller. great unit great cooling the fans are not he qietest in the world but there pretty darn quiet.
Very easy to do

I was kind of skeptical of getting into watercooling, but this kit made it easy and is of high quality. The only exception I''d say is to use different tubing, the clear ones that come with this tend to get yellowish after awhile I hear, I went with Primochill tubing and that stuff is top notch. I don''t believe the kit came with instructions, but it''s easy enough to find online if you need to. The placement of the holes on the reservoir are questionable, they don''t seem to line up like a typical 5.25 device, we had to drill our own holes into the bay, but aside from that I don''t really have any issues. Temps are nice and cool as expected. Very good for the price.

I installed this kit on a df-85 case, i put it on the back of the case with 2x 90 degree adapters. added 2 more fans and its working well. i used non stock red tubing that worked well, once the tube goes on the bard U CANT GET IT OFF LOL, i tested it out side my case and no leaks, i used feser pure water and the kit took 1 1/4 bottles so buy two of them. i would avoid any dyes if possible. the fans are actually ok to use although they all have 3pin connectors! and no adapters lucky my p67 motherboard had lots of fan plug ins. i have a intel i7 sandy bridge 2600k oced at 4.5 GHZ 1.39v with a max temp of 52c after 2 hours of prime 95, that''s dam good lol. i tried 5GHZ 1.51v and after prime testing it maxed out at 68c but theirs no need to run that fast all the time though, my pump is super silent i can barely tell its even working, all my fans are kinda loud about 35 dba its ok 4 me but some ppl may hate the noise. plz note that non sandy bridge i7''s will run wayyy hotter than a sandy bridge, my ambient room temp was 25c. if you want to mount more fans you need to get 12 more screws i got more at home depo, if u manage to mount this ran inside your computer doing a push pull set up may get in the way of your 4or 8 pin mobo connectors. the rad is super thick. id buy this again for a new computer, and if u want to out preform a h100 easily this will do it. but this kit is MAJOR HASSLE IT TOOK FOREVER TO TEST SET UP LEAK TEST AND EVERYTHING ELS. plus most likely it wont leak but im a super paranoid person so.... but the liquid i used is non conductive so i shouldn''t hurt my computer.
