I had no idea my pump went out and this thing let me know. The flow meter stops spinning when your pump is bad. Yeah, if you run your comp a lot sooner or later these pumps die. Its also a way to cool your computer with that aluminum housing that is a reservoir. I put mine connected in front of pump so it don''t collect hot water. I''ve had this for over 1 year now, no leaks at all, and it really makes my the computer look nice. I also put a small led light right behind it. It glows green like crazy.
It Works, Looks Good, No Leaks!

I have installed this unit in 8 full tower and 2 mid tower computers that I built and sold and they work great and look good! You do have to supply a light source behind to get the full effect. I''ve used lazer led''s, led strips and dual 4" cold cathode tubes. If you use the cold cathode and UV reactive coolant use the UV tubes! I haven''t experienced any leaks with these so far. The first full tower that I sold with one of these installed was almost two years ago.

This unit looks terrific, but the leak is not worth it. You also need to keep in mind that the fitting are no the standard fitting, they are half the size. This will restrict the flow of your coolant. Plus the rear plate cracked and developed a leak. Do yourself a favor and just spend money once and buy a better unit.

it is a nice looking piece when installed and used with a 4 inch uv cold cathode, but it is kind of noisy (like the trickling of a small water fountain). Mine broke though, i swapped the 1/4 barbs out for 3/8 and i seriously did not screw it in harder than finger tight till it sealed with the o-ring and it some how fractured the back plating and it no longer holds pressure:( i tried calling thermaltake literally 15 times in a 5 hour period between their business hours PST and its like no one works there at all...all i get is a msg machine so i cant even buy a replacement backing....sucks...think hard before you buy this though. the flow meter works well though.

Bought two of these for a Lian-Li 343b. Both of the reservoir''s cracked during install of fittings both need to be thrown in the trash.

This things works great, and looks nice in your bay area. I bought an Armor LCS and put this in it. It doesnt quite fit in correctly. the screws dont evenly align with the holes on this. But work with it a little bit and you can get it to work. And take the screws off the front before removing the protective plastic, or you''ll be picking it out later.
