Worked well - short lifespan...

Had this fan mounted in a file server that runs 24/7. Very quiet with nice airflow. However, the fan did sieze after less than 18 months. I assume this is a fluke as I have many other CoolerMaster products that have served me well for years - this is the first product failure I have experienced with CoolerMaster.
