Not bad for 99 cents, but...

I picked up eight of these fans for an older cube server case because the price was right and Panaflos are some of the original quiet fans. I realize these are the high-RPM Panaflos, which was fine as I wanted to be able to move a lot of air through my system if need be, and then turn the speed down with a controller when it''s not running at full tilt. These fans do move a decent amount of air, but they have an annoying bearing/motor clicking/grinding noise when being run at low RPM. I''d recommend these fans for a server or heavy overclocker where cooling is paramount and noise is no concern. However, if you want quiet, look elsewhere. Also note the fans have an attached bare-wire tail, so you don''t have to buy a tail if you are soldering on fan power connectors or making a wiring harness.
Good fan

Best fan for $0.99 clearance. Will buy more for the rear defogger in my car too. ;) FYI, these fans do not come with the 3-pin fan connector. You will need to attach the connector yourself. But for the price, who cares?
Very Nice fans, Great Price

I bought 4 of these. One for a case fan for an old Sony Machine, and one to replace a Thermaltake CPU fan. The other two are for a later project. All I can say is they do exactly what they should. At full speed it can be heard, but it is not that bad. Moves alot more air than either of the fans replaced. Will definitely purchase again, and unless you need more than 50cfm, then these would be he ones to get IMO
Good fan
