Good, but not perfect.

For a single fan, this is probably very close to perfect. If you need to install more than one fan side-by-side, however, you may have some additional work to do.
I had to install three fans in a line for a 360 radiator. If you lay three of these fan silencers side-by-side, they will misalign with the screw holes somewhere, because they are a little too big. Three fans fit snugly together, but with the silencers, you''d need about an extra 32nd between the fans. Anyway, not that big a deal, and not THAT hard to correct for.
Looks good

I wasn''t sure what to expect, but it is very "rubbery" and limp. I first put it against my case and then put the screws through it, then screwed the fan to it. It did tend to want to move a little with the screws, but was manageable. I feel good about this gasket, and would order another one again.
Does reduce vibration

These will do exactly what it looks like they do. Provide a buffer between a metal chassis and a high RPM fan. It''s about 5 mm thick too so it will move your fan away from the grill it''s probably blowing against, reducing noise further. That said, if they were thicker and softer then they would perform much better.
Could be Gooier

These are not as soft as I had expected for silicon, but they seem to work.
